I’m Claire Delaney, the Founder of Nordviind.

For over a decade, I worked in a world where presence wasn’t optional. Coaching performers on Broadway, the West End, and the National Theatre, training voices at one of the UK's top drama schools, Italia Conti, coaching on ITV’s Mamma Mia!—working with people who rely on how they show up.

And through all of it, I saw the same thing:

• People making themselves smaller when they should be stepping up.

• Brilliant minds getting talked over in meetings.

• Voices carrying doubt instead of power.

But presence isn’t just for the stage. It’s for every room, every meeting, every decision that needs a voice behind it.

That’s why I created Nordviind.

The name comes from my Nordic roots—from the force of the wind, the movement of something unseen but undeniable.
It’s not just a name. It’s a shift.
